How Your Donation Helps
Raising a Puppy
It takes $1,000 to cover food and medical expenses for a puppy in the first year of life.
Producing a Guide Dog
From breeding to training—including the cost to train the visually impaired partner—we estimate the cost of a Partnership to be USD $32,000. This does not include the other overhead costs involved with running the center. When overhead is factored in, the cost is closer to $43,000 each.

Israel Guide Dog Center serves Israel’s 24,000 blind and visually impaired citizens and is the only internationally accredited guide dog program in the country.
