Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are a small non-profit seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director with reception, donation processing, and office-related tasks. We are a small team, and this 20-30 hour per week position requires you to be extremely flexible and solution-oriented. Our team works virtually, with monthly in-person meetings and event participation.
About You:
You are good with people and manage relationships well.
You have experience with Donor Perfect, Constant Contact, and the Microsoft Office suite.
You are a team player who can adapt quickly to issues and find solutions.
You are efficient, extremely detail-oriented, and organized in your approach to work.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be:
Answering phones and interacting with donors
Processing donations, issuing tax receipts, and letters in Donor Perfect
Remitting cards and letters through the Microsoft Office suite
Assisting with financial administration with drive and document maintenance
Assisting with event management, fundraising, communications and travel
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly rate. More specific compensation information will be provided to candidates invited who are invited for an interview.
